Cymes is very simple and quick to cook, but has a special flavour and taste. Especially it is liked by those, who like carrots and vegetable dishes, but it is also good for the whole family as easy, tasty and healthy dinner.
Ingredients you will need to cook it: 1 kg of carrots, 600 grams of any lean meat 2-3 tablespoons of flour 2-3 tablespoons of melted fat, Salt and sugar up to your taste.
Directions:
1. Peel carrots and wash them thoroughly and cut into small cubes, mix with flour.
2. Cut the prepared meat into medium sized pieces and fry them until they are cooked.
3. Add there carrots, fat, sugar and salt mixed with flour.
4. Pour in some water, but not much, better to add then if needed, and simmer over low heat for about 2 hours.
