Wheat noodles 150 grams Chicken fillet 400 grams Carrot 80 grams Onion 80 grams Sweet yellow pepper 80 grams Garlic 3 cloves Ginger 1 tsp Soy Sauce 3 tbsp Celery 1 Stalk Water 120 grams Salt up to your taste Vegetable oil 2 tbsp Ground black pepper up to your taste
Directions:
1. Cut into slices carrot and onion, then heat half of the oil in a pan and fry onion with carrot for 5 minutes.
2. Cut the sweet pepper into pieces. Cut celery into slices, rub the garlic and ginger.
3. Add prepared vegetables into the fried carrot and onion mixture. Fry for a couple of minutes, then add soy sauce and water.
4. Stew until vegetables are almost ready.
5. Cut chicken fillet into large pieces and fry for a minute, so that the fillet is still raw inside.
6. Put it into the mixture of vegetables and set aside.
7. Boil udon noodles in salted water for 6-8 minutes. Drain the water.
8. Add the noodles to the meat and vegetables and stew for 5-7 minutes. Add black pepper up to your taste and if necessary, add some salt. Serve hot with fresh herbs.
