Ingredients: For 2 servings: garlic 1 clove lemon 1 pc crackers 6 pcs butter 2 tbsp. wheat flour 2 tbsp. egg 1 pcs chicken breast 2 pcs parsley (or other fresh herbs up to your choice) salt up to your taste ground black pepper up to your taste
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven. Line the baking sheet with greased foil. Peel the garlic. Remove the zest from the lemon. Into a blender bowl put crackers, garlic, lemon zest, butter and parsley (or other fresh herbs) sprigs. Also add there some salt and ground black pepper. Grind altogether into crumbs and put the mixture on a separate plate.
3. Cover the chicken breast fillet with foil and beat them off to make them slightly flatter.
4. Add some flour into a separate bowl.
5. Break an egg and beat it with a fork in another separate bowl.
6. Dip each breast in flour, then in egg, and then roll them well in lemon-garlic crumbs.
7. Put prepared chicken breasts in crumbs on a baking sheet and bake them for 15-20 minutes.
Serve ready chicken breasts hot and decorate with lemon wedges.
